The Florida court system is examining the possibility of streamlining its judicial circuits, and they want your input. This involves the consolidation of circuit and county courts, focusing on criteria like effectiveness, efficiency, access to courts, professionalism, public trust, and confidence. The state has 20 judicial circuits, each covering specific counties, and your experiences within a circuit matter. If you've interacted with multiple circuits, complete separate surveys. District courts of appeal boundaries are assumed to stay unchanged, so consolidation might not cross those. The survey has around 39 to 60 questions, taking about 20 minutes to finish. Your responses are public records but will be analyzed anonymously. The deadline for survey submission is Sept. 1. Access the Judicial Circuit Assessment Committee Survey.
